As a Sales and Marketing Representative for Information Technology, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our IT solutions and services to prospective clientsYou will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to create awareness about our offerings and generate leadsYour primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen our market presence.
Responsibilities
Sales Generation:
- Proactively identify potential clients and target markets to pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Engage in consultative selling, understanding clients' requirements, and presenting tailored IT solutions to meet their needs.
Marketing Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise effective strategies that enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital media, events, and partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their long-term goals, and providing ongoing support and assistance.
- Nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the IT industry to expand our market reach.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the IT industry, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.
- Articulate the unique value propositions of our solutions, conveying technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
Sales Collateral and Presentations:

Requirements:

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing teams in achieving aggressive growth targets and establishing WRAAB as a top-tier player in the Information Technology and Engineering services industryThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and nurturing client relationships, and overseeing all aspects of our marketing initiatives.This position operates on a commission-based compensation structure.
Responsibilites
Sales:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets and expand our customer base.
- Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing high- value deals while ensuring a consultative and customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to set sales targets, forecasts, and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to their business goals.
- Continuously assess market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and refine our sales strategies.
- Coach and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance, foster professional growth, and ensure a cohesive team environment.
Marketing
- Define and execute comprehensive marketing plans that enhance brand visibility and contribute to lead generation.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, digital content, and thought leadership materials that showcase our expertise.
- Drive the development of engaging online and offline campaigns to promote our services across various platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the company website, SEO strategies, and social media presence.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company's marketing strategies fresh and relevant.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Provide inspirational leadership to the sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Work closely with product and service development teams to align offerings with market needs and customer expectations.
- Partner with senior management to contribute to overall business strategy, market positioning, and expansion plans.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 15 years in sales and marketing leadership roles within the Information Technology and Engineering services sector.
- Strong understanding of the industry landscape, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
