If a customer, their end-user, or anyone using our Products due to the customer's actions breaches our policy, we reserve the right to terminate the associated Products or account, or take appropriate remedial actions without notice. No credit will be provided for service interruptions due to policy violations.
Prohibited Activities
Copyright Infringement and Unauthorized Material Access
Our Products must not be used for transmitting, distributing, or storing material that violates applicable laws. This includes unauthorized use of copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected material, as well as material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes illegal threats, or breaches export control laws.
Customers are solely responsible for any material they input, upload, transmit, or publish using our Products and for obtaining legal permission for included works.
SPAM and Unauthorized Message Activity
Our Products must not be used for sending unsolicited bulk or commercial messages ("spam"). This includes sending spam, collecting responses to spam sent from other providers, and running unconfirmed mailing or messaging lists without permission.
Unethical, Exploitative, and Malicious Activities
Our Products must not be used for advertising, transmitting, or providing software, programs, products, or services that violate this policy or the policies of other providers. This includes facilitating spam, initiating attacks, or accessing unauthorized resources ("hacking").
Our Products must not be used for introducing viruses or malicious code, and not for engaging in activities meant to harass others, including denial-of-service attacks and hate speech.
Other unethical activities include:

Our Products cannot be used by entities involved or suspected of involvement in illegal gambling, terrorism, narcotics trafficking, arms trafficking, or any activities related to weapons of mass destruction.

Impersonating or misrepresenting wraab.com, its relationships, or ownership of wraab.com property is prohibited.
